Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is part of Circle K's Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations.

Specialist Finance in Finance Systems

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Identify and determine required actions for card transactions;

Collect necessary information and prepare documentation;

⁠Maintain received requests and follow up on status for requested actions;

⁠Work with internal business partners and external IT vendors;

Work with bank card statements and investigate discrepancies for card transactions;

Participate in projects related to process changes and improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Preferable higher education in Finance or IT;

Preferable experience in accounting, or in the interaction of Finance and IT;

Good computer skills (MS Office);

General understanding of ERP systems

Fluent in English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA;

Very good communication and collaboration skills;

Strong drive, solution oriented person with fast learning skills;

Precise, analytical, organized and stress-resistant personality;

Self-motivated, positive and customer-oriented, good team player.
