Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
Specialist Finance in Accounts Payable team
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
Main responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of the AP Account, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
Corrections and monitoring for G/L entries and supplier data in JDE system;
Communication with vendors, business unit colleagues and other Circle K departments;
Work with audit queries and balance confirmations;
Performing periodical closing procedures.
Main requirements:
Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality;
Self-motivated, positive, good team player;
English language skills to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area (can be substituted with good experience in the field);
Previous experience within accounting or finance considered as a plus;
Previous experience with accounting systems (JDE experience will be considered as a plus).
