To strengthen our HUB Engineering team in Pilsen and our Project Engineering division in Germany, we are looking for a candidate for the position of: Specialist Engineer for COMOS Job Responsibilities • Support, control and management of the application of WACKER engineering tools (primarily COMOS and relevant interfaces) in technical projects and further development of engineering tools • Implementation of the process engineering planning processes in the engineering tools • Planning and execution of optimization projects in the COMOS environment as well as optimization of existing WACKER CAE systems (primarily COMOS) • Technical and commercial assessment of service provision by external companies • Support of the project teams in the efficient project management in COMOS across all project phases as well as central contact person for all COMOS topics within the department • Development and implementation of COMOS learning impulses through to the training of new planning partners • Participation in and organization of various COMOS meetings (e.g. COMOS Solutions working group, COMOS EXPERT CIRCLE, COMOS KeyUser meetings) and communication of the results • Consistent implementation of efficient and lean processes • Quality management and document management Job Requirements • Academic degree (Dipl. Ing., Bachelor, Master) in the field of process engineering, IT or comparable with relevant professional experience as a project engineer • Experience and knowledge of specialist procedures and processes across all planning phases and project implementation • Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and technical rules and regulations • Application experience in COMOS, E3D, SAP, ProjectWise etc. • Very good knowledge of English (German language would be desirable) • Cost awareness, safety awareness, ability to work in a team and communication skills • Assertiveness, a confident manner, problem-solving skills and reliability What We Offer • Competitive Salary (with yearly bonus up to 15%) • Opportunity for Future Growth and Advancement • Meal allowance of 123 CZK / day • Transport allowance of 100 CZK / day • Flexi Pass 20 000 CZK / year • Vacation allowance 10 000 CZK / year • Christmas allowance 10 000 CZK / year • 5 weeks of holiday and for every 3 years of employment plus 1 extra day of holiday • 3 days of sick leave per year • Pension insurance contribution up to 4 166 CZK / month • Home office option and much more! ​ We look forward to receiving your application!
