The Corrigo Deployment Specialist (CDS) has a joint responsibility in Project Implementation and Tier 1 & 2 Tech Support. They are responsible in deploying, implementing, and optimising the Corrigo Platform for new and existing JLL clients. Working closely with the JLLT Project and Work Place Management Project Team, the CDS guides the entire implementation process from kick-off through post-launch stabilization and BAU to ensure successful platform deployment
Corrigo Deployment Specialist shall perform the following tasks:
1. Primary responsibility includes software delivery from implementation to go-live.
2. Flexibility to regularly rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets while working as a Corrigo Deployment Specialist, as a Tier 2 overflow support for the System Administration Team, and as a Business Analyst for integration requests.
3. Perform data collection and system configuration tasks in Corrigo account instances during transition and optimization
4. Perform the Implementation workshop related to the business model build.
5. Coordinate multiple stakeholders on the system and account required data and configuration tasks, working to tight deadlines
6. Integration project: From conducting stakeholder interviews to understand the integration needs, mapping out the current processes that will be affected by the integration and document the scope, objectives and proposed solutions through a Business Requirement Document (BRD)
7. Perform product demonstrations for JLL staff and clients throughout the deployment and integration phases
8. Provide troubleshooting support throughout the deployment and integration period on system and business process issues
9. Initiate the discovery process on Corrigo Enterprise and Corrigo Client Portal features and functionalities introduced during version upgrades and service updates, and leverage these as efficiencies to the Account Teams.
10. Provide product version releases testing and training
11. Perform tests and provide solutions that meet client and account requirements, or close off issues/gaps identified during deployment
12. Perform Data Validation and Account System Configurations in Corrigo
13. Perform Tier 1 and 2 Technical Support
14. Provide guidance / technical solutions by coordinating with users, key stakeholders, and other resources to resolve escalated tickets.
15. Document knowledge in the form of User Guides, Process Maps, or Manuals
16. Work with the engineering and development team on product fixes and enhancements
17. Strong Technical and Interpersonal Communication.
18. Responsible for risk management, issue management, incident management, and overall escalation/risk mitigation of services offered
19. Assist in overall Governance, Audit, and overall resolution of business processes in Corrigo
20. Perform Configuration and Data Audits and initiate remediation to correct audit findings as required
21. Identify and recommend the implementation of processing efficiencies
22. Participate in professional and personal development programs
23. Manages the complete system decommissioning process, including securing governance approvals, coordinating with the account team to resolve outstanding work orders, generating client reports, processing data backup requests through SOWs, and executing system disconnection procedures while ensuring compliance with all protocols and standards.
24. Adhoc tasks assigned like process improvement initiatives and dashboards for executive decision support
