Key Relationships
Serve as single point of contact for Central Corrigo Team in the use and optimization of the Corrigo platformBe the right-hand person to the account leadership on systems and workflow performancePerpetual training and coaching of ops teams to ensure Corrigo workflow proficiency is at a high level across the boardBuild effective working relationships with the broader Corrigo Champions communityWork with regional Business Intelligence team to support BI reportingMaintain relationship with finance to ensure seamless integration with JLL Finance systemsImplement and manage the Corrigo Platform for account teamsWork closely with the Implementation team to deliver optimum technology to the businessPlatform Optimization
Closely monitor key performance metrics and lead change and improvement where requiredContinually explore and promote workflow improvement opportunities, ensuring interaction with and approval from the platform governance team where requiredEnsure account solutions and processes are compliant with SOCR requirements and APAC agreed standards as per CSC processesProvide basic workflow solutions to issues reported and see problems through to resolutionResearch, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system and workflow issuesEnsure implementation of all software upgrades and appropriately leverage new features within business operationsSolution Development
