Title: Specialist Business Support
Location: GSC BOG
Support global AFR and OFR customer implementation projects in onboarding implementation activities for new and existing process. Apply corporate methodologies, standard processes and tools, and best practices based on agreed goals with Customer, Sales, Operations, Products, Customer Service and Management. Coordinate with all stakeholders and content experts to achieve seamless customer implementations within agreed time, quality, and costs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform post go-live implementation checks (Hyper care support).
· Support the Handover & Sign off of SOP’S for customers implemented
· Work on continuous improvement initiatives for GICC (Global Impat Competence Center).
· Lead trainings for new team members and assure they are achieved.
· Revise and update Business Support toolkits accordingly.
· Cross-training within the team.
Skills / Requirements:
· Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations
· Minimum of 1 years of experience in logistics processes
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish.
· Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools. Knowledge in CW1 and Sales360 is a plus.
