Vous optimisez les outils et processus de planification dans une logique d’amélioration continue, tout en garantissant l’alignement stratégique et opérationnel. **Vos missions :** + Piloter le processus de planification commerciale à court et moyen terme, en élaborant des prévisions de demande équilibrées (50/50) basées sur des hypothèses de vente factuelles, tout en challengeant les données marché et canal. + Assurer la coordination du processus ABP (Annual Business Plan) au niveau local, en consolidant les éléments clés pour faciliter la prise de décision stratégique au niveau national et régional. + Fournir des recommandations proactives à la direction sur la réalisation des plans d’affaires, en s’appuyant sur la gestion des risques et opportunités, ainsi que sur des analyses stratégiques et tactiques (canal, marque, saison, segment, jante, nouveaux designs). + Diriger le processus de planification au niveau client, en garantissant une vue agrégée du MOR PBU par client et canal, en soutien aux processus ABP et AOP. + Optimiser l’efficacité des processus et des outils de planification, en proposant des améliorations continues, des solutions plus agiles et des automatisations ciblées. + Coordonner et communiquer les données marché pertinentes, suivre les hypothèses et les risques, et assurer leur intégration dans les cycles de planification mensuels. + Collaborer avec les départements internes (Demand Planning, Supply, Finance, Marketing, Pricing, etc.) pour garantir la suffisance du plan de vente et identifier les écarts à combler. + Piloter le mix produit national, en partenariat avec les équipes Produit et Trade Marketing, avec un focus sur les segments stratégiques (A-segment, Goodyear ≥19", camion léger), en utilisant les outils disponibles et en assurant le suivi des performances. **Profil recherché :** + Diplôme universitaire en sciences commerciales, économiques ou équivalent. + Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement business, avec une forte exposition interfonctionnelle (ventes, planification de la demande, opérations commerciales, chaîne d’approvisionnement, IRM). + Bonne compréhension du secteur industriel, des dynamiques de marché, des canaux et des segments. + Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel et VBA. + Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de données (EDW, SAP) appréciée. + Capacité à interagir avec des équipes locales, régionales et transverses dans un rôle de leadership direct ou indirect. + Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. **Vos atouts supplémentaires :** + Forte capacité analytique et pensée stratégique transversale. + Excellente organisation personnelle et aptitude à travailler sous pression. + Compétences en communication claire et concise, avec capacité à traduire des données complexes en informations clés et actions concrètes. + Esprit d’amélioration continue, orienté vers l’optimisation des processus et outils. + Sens aigu des affaires et orientation résultats. + Capacité à fédérer les équipes autour d’objectifs communs et à piloter des projets à fort impact. \#LI-DA3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
