**What’s The Role** Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a skilled senior IT service desk engineer to join our service desk team. In this client-facing role, you will provide 2 nd /3rd level technical support, reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills. **What You'll Do** + Deliver high-quality technical support to clients. + Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. + Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and BitLocker deployments. + Install, configure, and support PCs, laptops, printers, and MFP devices. + Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and Veeam Backup. + Monitor and maintain anti-virus solutions and remote desktop environments (Citrix/MS RDS). + Provide end-user support in a professional and timely manner. + Assist in IT project delivery and documentation. **Knowledge & Experience** + Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT firm or Value-Added Reseller (VAR). + Microsoft 365 certification and hands-on experience with Office 365/Azure/Intune. + Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Group Policy management. + Experience with Veeam Backup, anti-virus solutions, and BitLocker encryption. + Experience in virtualization platforms for Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware. + Strong troubleshooting skills for HP, Dell, and Lenovo hardware. + Knowledge of printer/MFP support and remote desktop environments (Citrix/MS RDS). + Excellent client-facing communication and project delivery skills. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands VTR, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
