Overview
The role is key in supporting our suppliers in the provision of accurate and consistent product data to the required implementation deadlines. In doing so it will require a full review of the onboarding process with various partners across the business with the end result getting new products and updates through quicker and of increased quality for customers and colleagues. You will work directly with suppliers to guide them through the onboarding process, troubleshoot common problems, and make sure they have clear, easy-to-follow information at each step.
It also involves close coordination with internal teams such as Trading, Master Data, Digital Product Enrichment and the wider Digital Services team to improve the onboarding journey, remove recurring pain points, and support more consistent ways of working. Strong organisational skills and a background in project management or structured process improvement will be an advantage in driving change and keeping documentation and communication clear and up to date.
