Role Purpose/Business Unit:

 

We are seeking a technically skilled System Analyst with a strong inclination toward software development to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment of systems analysis and hands-on coding, with a passion for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions. Familiarity with Genesys Cloud is a significant advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements and define MVPs.Design and document technical solutions that align with business goals.Develop, test, and deploy custom applications and integrations, primarily in an API-driven environments.Act as a technical liaison between business and technical teams to ensure cohesive delivery.Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and high-quality releases.Support and enhance existing systems, identifying opportunities for automation and performance improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to deliver Genesys Cloud contact center solutions that align with business objectives.The ideal candidate for this role will have:

 

•    Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
•    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•    Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
•    Exposure to contact center technologies and customer experience platforms.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

 


•    3–5 years of experience in a System Analyst or Developer role.
•    Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).
•    Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
•    Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
•    Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•    Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX, including API integrations, routing strategies, and IVR flows.
