Job Description

The Sourcing Specialist ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for assisting with the administration of recruitment programsReceive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background and reference checksAssist with scheduling initial screening interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicantsEnsure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS toolsPromote the Company image to candidates and external service providers

REQUIRED SKILLSAssociate's Degree in related field with less than one year of relevant experience preferredEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables; ability to work in a high-velocity environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and tactKnowledge of general office practice and business etiquetteAbility to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision

Internal Career Path Policies
