With 2023 revenues of $20\.4 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams\. **GENERAL PURPOSE:** The Talent Sourcer supports the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing talent, screening candidates, and coordinating Associate Referrals\. This role will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, support the Associate Referral Program, and share market trends and insights to inform sourcing strategies\. **The base salary range for this role is $65,200 \- $97,450\. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\.** **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONs:** + Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns with internal CRM and Applicant Tracking System + Conduct research and search strategy development for each open position\. Utilize multiple strategies including online databases social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, cold calling contact lists and networking to proactively source high quality professionals for key roles and markets + Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process to develop a long\-term relationship with top talent + Manage communication with Recruiters and business leaders through the search process on candidate flow and status of candidates through the search\. + Utilize tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions + Maintain the recruitment/staffing database throughout the process: populate the database with potential candidates and networking resources for Ross Stores on an ongoing basis\. + Conduct additional research projects to support company's recruitment strategy as necessary\. + Position will perform other job duties and projects as assigned\. **COMPETENCIES:** + Adaptability + Initiative + Communication + Integrity + Planning and Organizing + Networking + Listening + Customer Service + Influence **QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:** + Bachelor's degree required + Minimum of 3 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience\. + Strong verbal and written communication skills \(both oral and written\) + Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment\. + Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines\. + Ability to analyze data\. + Ability to conduct prescreens and work effectively with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates\. + Ability to work in a hybrid environment + Maintain confidentiality of all reports and salary information\. **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:** Job requires ability to work in a remote office environment, primarily on a computer\. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in\-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc\. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance\. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically\. This role requires regular in\-office presence, including to engage in in\-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback\.
