With 2023 revenues of $20\.4 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams\. **About this opportunity\.\.\.** The **Specialist, Talent Development** position works cross\-functionally with internal partners in Talent Development and Human Resources, as well as key business stakeholders, to manage the logistics and provide day\-to\-day support for critical training programs offered to the business, including timely responses to participant questions, troubleshooting logistics challenges, tracking program participation, managing participant communications, coordinating pre\-work and participant materials, and handling logistics for any related assessments\. This role also works closely with Talent Development leadership to foster ongoing process development and improvement\. The base salary range for this role is $68,600 \- $80,000\. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\. **What you will do and what you will learn\.\.\.** + Oversee the logistics and planning for large\-scale, high\-impact Talent Development projects across the Buying Offices \(e\.g\., coordination of class enrollments, pre\- and post\-work communications, and coordination and distribution of relevant materials required for workshop delivery\)\. + Prepare and distribute ad hoc and confidential reports associated with Social Style, Talent Assessment, and other Talent Development programs\. + Maintain accurate lists of Coaches/Coachees in our Executive Coaching Program\. + Provide support to Culture and Engagement Initiatives, including the coordination and distribution of survey results and Values in Action updates\. + Effectively use systems and tools designed for project management \(such as Planner\), as well as Microsoft Office to effectively manage and track associate enrollment and attendance in learning programs\. + Coordinate training rooms, food and beverage, as needed\. \- Coordinate with Conference Services for internal and client meeting requests related to training programs and events, including but not limited to audio\-visual, catering services, and external vendors\. + Foster relationships through ongoing communication and collaborate effectively when participating in ad hoc HR and cross\-functional projects\. + Regular and timely responses to leaders and associates regarding any questions or concerns about training and development needs and provide appropriate explanations and creative solutions when needed\. + Partner with the Learning Management System \(LMS\) Administrator, as needed, to ensure courses are added and tracked in the LMS\. + Perform other duties as assigned\. **What you need to be successful\.\.\.** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent prior experience required + At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on project management and oversight\. + Client service driven\. + Excellent organizational and time management abilities\. + Ability to handle a high volume of time\-sensitive responsibilities\. + Detail oriented with accuracy\. + Strong critical thinking skills and ability to use thoughtful judgment\. Ability to analyze, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment\. + Outstanding communication skills with diverse groups of leaders and associates\. + Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or with a team\. + Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross\-functional environment\.
