This group also continuously develops innovative approaches to contracting to further drive savings. Information about the responsibilities for this role can be found below: + Reviews contract requests, engages end-users, and assigns next step action items to the appropriate associate within the contracting process + Manages day-to-day processes within the contracting space to include contract and request intake, portfolio and contract expiration management, contract audit, contract management system audits, contract process training, and contract signing + Assesses contract expirations and oversees appropriate parent-child contracting relationships to drive efficient contract portfolio management + Maintains key contract and sourcing metrics to provide routine reporting to senior leadership + Creates and revises systems and procedures with the Strategic Sourcing Specialist Team by analyzing practices and system functionality, engaging stakeholders for system and process updates, and deploys solution to including training and ongoing performance oversight + Processes and negotiates transactions under master agreements as assigned \#LI-Remote **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** All Resource Group associates embody the following soft skills and attributes: Nice, Bright, High-Energy, Inclusive, Willing to Give Away Power, Inspired by Mission, Invigorated by Change.
