LOCATION: REMOTE based in the United States
What your day-to-day will look like:
Data Management & Analytics: Gather, validate, and integrate data from internal and external sources while ensuring quality and accuracy; design automated reporting solutions and create data visualizations and summary statistics
Financial Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with site teams and Finance to develop comprehensive forecasts and budgets across all cost categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Financial Reporting & Presentations: Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports, creating compelling presentations, charts, and analytical documents for internal stakeholders and client leadership
Budget Planning Leadership: Lead annual budget planning preparation and development processes, working cross-functionally to ensure comprehensive and accurate financial planning
Operations Support & Process Management: Partner with operations teams by providing management, detailed instruction, and follow-up to support standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes
Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate within S&P (Category Management, Work Dynamics, etc.) to manage performance and relationships with key supplier partners
Stakeholder Partnership & Solution Design: Partner with stakeholders on design and planning of business solutions while implementing automated reporting systems to support operational efficiency
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
Minimum 2 years of relevant data analysis experience;
3+ years of Property Management experience highly desired
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with familiarity in data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and communicate professionally, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of delivering excellent internal and external customer service across all stakeholder interactions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while consistently delivering results in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Required Skills and Experience:
Financial Systems Knowledge: Experience working with property management financial systems and understanding of real estate cost structures and budget cycles
Data Quality Management: Ability to identify data inconsistencies, implement validation processes, and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and sources
Advanced Excel & Analytics: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, macros, and experience with SQL or database querying for data extraction
Stakeholder Communication: Experience presenting financial data and analytical findings to senior leadership and translating complex data into actionable business insights
Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to streamline reporting processes, automate manual tasks, and implement efficiency improvements in financial operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with Legal, Risk Management, and Operations teams to ensure compliance and alignment in financial planning processes
Estimated compensation for this position:
83,300.00 – 102,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
