What You Will Do:
Lead strategic engagement with landowner groups in key development areas to understand energy demands, development phasing, timing, and housing mix.
Aligning internal and external collaborators to position natural gas as a balanced, reliable, and customer-focused energy source in residential new construction.
Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and efficient installation of natural gas infrastructure aligned with development timelines.
Represent Enbridge in discussions with developers, builders, and municipalities to advocate for natural gas integration.
Provide market intelligence and insights to internal teams to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. For candidates without a degree, we require an additional 3 years of experience.
7 or more years of directly related experience in energy infrastructure, land development, or strategic project management. Other combinations of education, training and experiences will be considered.
Solid understanding of Enbridge’s natural gas systems and load attachment processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes in a sophisticated stakeholder environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience working with municipal governments, developers, or in land development planning is an asset.
Working Conditions:
Approximately 25% travel required to development sites and meetings across Ontario.
Valid Ontario G class driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
Occasional evening and weekend work for events or stakeholder engagements.
