Key Responsibilities

Development, support, and implementation of complex workflow systems using specialized PEGA knowledge
and highly developed business expertise.Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by
the application, or misalignment with business requirements.Understand, advocate, and augment the platform principles, guidelines, and standards.Analyze the business-IT environment (run, grow and transform the business) to detect critical deficiencies,
and recommend solutions for improvement (systems of record, differentiation, and innovation).Active participation in scrum ceremonies and be a good team player.Collaborate with team and implement Pega solution based on the design provided by tech lead.Participate in release activities, use dev ops to deploy products in lower environments and collaborate with
release management teams to handover for production deployments.Assist with the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of
standard and custom software configurations.Provide development coding standards and guardrail metrics.Ensure code quality with hands on experience with Pega Unit and implementing automated unit test plan on
the Pega platform.Align technical solutions with the platform and business strategy.Documentation of application / system design and analysis work.What you have

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar/equivalent area of study.Minimum 2 years of software development experience.Minimum 1 year of Pega development experience.Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) certification is required.Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and processes.Technical competency in an OOP language such as Java, C++, C#.Technical competency testing web-based technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular, ASP) with thorough knowledge of
Page Object Model design patterns.Experience with acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) or Behavior Driven Testing (BDD/BDT).Experience with NoSQL, and / or SQL based databases and statement query tuning.Experience testing applications on the PEGA platform like Pega unit tests creation and execution is required.Team player with strong interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.Independently applies application maintenance practices and collaborates to ensure continuous support.Tracks data pipelines and stores to support analytics and machine learning.Handles incident responses independently while working with cross-functional teams to lessen impact.Executes rigorous testing to ensure systems and products meet quality standards.Effectively prioritizes requirements using roadmaps, epics, and backlogs.Independently implements security controls to secure the IT environment.Independently executes software design techniques that meet project requirements.Applies standards and processes to create and verify software components.Deploys software updates using containerization and orchestration tools.Utilizes predictive or adaptive lifecycle models to develop system design components.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration tools (Selenium/Bamboo / Git).Experience with distributed multi-tier applications.Experience with Federated identity and SSO standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth) is desired.Evaluates moderately complex problems by analyzing data and spotting trends.Keeps others informed about workstream developments and updates.Applies business intelligence and industry insights to support decision making.Enables others to make decisions within their scope.Recognizes industry trends to foresee opportunities and challenges.Contributes ideas for new approaches or technologies within a defined scope.Influences peers and collaborates across teams to improve workflow efficiency.Verbally conveys complex concepts and engages peers effectively.Acts with integrity, responsibly handles information, and communicates with accuracy.Crafts impactful messages tailored to audience needs, persuading desired actions.Sets challenging goals, monitors progress, and applies problem-solving techniques.Evaluates market dynamics and proposes innovative, efficient solutions.Delivers high-quality work with minimal revisions by adhering to standards.Adjusts written tone and style effectively for diverse readers.
