VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Specialist, SEO to join our Digital Activation EMEA team based in Stabio, Switzerland. **Let’s talk about the role!** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **SEO Specialist** to join our central digital team, supporting all VF brands across EMEA and North America. This role is pivotal in driving organic growth, improving search visibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices across diverse platforms and markets. **Key Responsibilities** + Support the brands in developing and executing SEO strategies tailored to brand and regional needs. + Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimisation. + Collaborate with brand teams, developers, and content creators to implement the SEO strategy. + Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools. + Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends. + Support migration and optimisation efforts across eCommerce platforms (e.g., SFCC, Shopify). **Skills for Success** + Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience. + Fluent in English, both written and spoken. + Excellent knowledge of SEO principles, tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), and techniques. + Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions. **Preferred Qualifications** + Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, especially Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify. + Understanding of the sportswear and fashion industry. + Experience working in a global or multi-brand environment.
