Specialist, Salesforce Administrator / Solution Architect

+ Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
+ Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
+ Manage various salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects.
+ Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation. (e.g. Functional specifications)
+ Work with the design team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed.
+ Collaborate with development teams for any required customizations or integrations.
+ Educates and promotes CRM standard procedures to guarantee that the solutions produced are highest in class for the business's overall strategy and ethos.
+ Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.
+ Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.
+ Be the 2nd tier support the 1st tier admin in consult the solution and provide guidance for end user and, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
+ Develop and maintain main reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making.
+ Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing cloud and Automotive Cloud would be an advantage.
+ Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.
+ Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.
+ An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features.
+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.
+ Ability to grasp the requirements of clients from diverse sectors and translate/present those demands into a compelling vision and roadmap for our clients.
+ Excellent knowledge of project management methodology such as Scrum, Agile, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
+ Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline is required.
+ 2-4 years of work experience in Salesforce solution or Salesforce Admin
+ Experience in Automotive industry preferred
+ Minimum Salesforce certified:
+ Salesforce Administrator (Mandatory)
+ Sales Cloud Consultant (Mandatory)
+ Marketing Cloud Consultant (advantage)
+ Service Cloud Consultant (optional)
+ Automotive Cloud (advantage)
+ Bring deep knowledge/skills in technology/non-technology aspects of the platform.
+ Demonstrated platform proficiency.
+ Extensive experience in designing solutions for key and/or complex multi-cloud projects.
+ Accustomed to interaction and involvement with/of the client in each phase of the project
+ Strong team excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills; ability to quickly process complex information and evolving entrepreneurial skills.
