In this role, you will be responsible for: + Closing new sales with VIP customers + Retaining current VIP customers + Upselling to VIP customers You will work directly with customers in the design, deployment, and assessment of educational solutions for K-12 and adult environments (language institutes, universities, corporate, government), including digital and print content, assessment, professional development, and certifications. This role requires knowledge of educational environments, pedagogical approaches to ELT, bilingual education, and familiarity with the Pearson portfolio.
