Job DescriptionTo lead accessibility & distribution of customer data/information from various SBG information systems for input into research projects, according to both internal & external policies & guidelines related to the use of customer information for business requirements. Conduct advanced data analytics & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct customer data is accessed & utilised using innovation to create competitive advantage whilst fully complying with governance & compliance.
