Job Summary:
The Portfolio & Project Support role is a key entry point for individuals aspiring to build a career in Project Management. Based in Manila/India, this position provides essential coordination and administrative support across multiple programs and projects within the enterprise. Reporting to Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Project Managers, you will help ensure smooth project operations by managing RAID logs, tracking finances, supporting people onboarding, and maintaining project documentation and SharePoint sites. This role offers a strong pathway for professional growth into project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple programs and projects, ensuring timely and accurate support for project delivery.
Manage and update RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs to support effective project governance.
Track and report on project finances, supporting budget management and financial compliance.
Support onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and access to required resources.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including the management of SharePoint sites and other collaboration tools.
Liaise with project stakeholders to gather information, resolve queries, and support project communications.
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of project reports and presentations.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Typically requires 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within a project or program environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with SharePoint and basic financial tracking is an advantage.
Reporting Line: Reports to Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Project Manager.
