Specialist, Product Costing & Inventory Accounting
**The Position** Are you a numbers guru with a keen eye for details and a zeal to analyze costs? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your insights drive key financial decisions? The Specialist of Product Costing (PC)and Inventory Accounting (IA) Manila is responsible for covering specific Management Accounting processes in the areas of PC and IA with focus on ASKAN, TCM Region and North America. He/she serves as the primary responsible in the execution of daily PCIA processes. Preparation of comprehensive special analyses incl. ad-hoc reports as well as definition of standard templates for frequent usage. Ensures compliance of global processes within area of responsibility. Responsible for the transition or implementation of PCIA processes and systems, especially for deployments and hyper-care phases. Develops cross-functional and global solutions, processes and drives their implementation. Leads continuous improvement projects. Coordinates and leads trainings or workshops. Coordinates creation and development of documentation/training- material and concepts. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Responsible for transitions or implementations of management accounting processes in the areas of PCIA incl. enhancements due to legal and functional/business requests. + Ensures compliance of all management accounting processes. + Responsible for user requirements for system development, maintenance and Risk & Control structures; consultancy of processes and BI business systems. + Responsible for process descriptions and system user manuals. + Supports/execute daily, monthly and yearly business transactions in area of PCIA. + Responsible for following current GBS- and corporate procedures and guidelines, dedicated to Finance. + Responsible as the second level escalation of complex issues. + Manage special/extraordinary issues and projects. + Drive and contribute on new deployments for all A2R-related systems. + Handling and improvement of diverse ERP-systems and linked financial tools (RUNBOOK, SCORE, BIX@, MBS, etc.), which requires an excellent understanding for all related end-to-end processes within Corporate, GBS and local OPUs. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. + Management Accounting know-how with minimum 1 year experience in Product Costing and/or Inventory Accounting. + Excellent SAP know-how in SAP CO, SD, FI, MM, WM, Business Warehouse. + Excellent customer-oriented presentation and communication skills. + Profound knowledge in MS Office Tools. + Fluent English skills (read, write, speak); language skills of other foreign languages are an asset.
