In the Electronic Controllers & Services division, you’ll join our Planning & Logistics team of eight highly engaged colleagues, supporting both our factory in Nordborg and distribution centers worldwide.

Here, you’ll help balance supply, production, and inventory – making sure our operations run smoothly while continuously improving how we work. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration and is always looking for smarter ways to deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

In this position, you’ll work closely with suppliers, production teams, and colleagues across the business to keep our supply chain running efficiently. Your work will help ensure customer satisfaction and create real value for the business.

 

Plan and secure on-time material deliveries from global suppliers to factories and distribution centers, following up on any delays. Plan production for selected products, ensuring resources are used effectively. Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance, including audits and lead-time or cost improvements. Maintain and negotiate Supplier Logistics Agreements (SLAs) to ensure flexibility and capacity. Drive forecasting and optimize processes in cooperation with Sales, Demand Planning, and S&OP teams while maintaining accurate logistics data. What We're Looking For

 

Education or experience within logistics, supply chain, or a similar field – newly graduated candidates are also welcome. Skills in organizing, analyzing, and communicating, with a proactive and structured mindset. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Fluency in English (spoken and written) and respect for cultural differences. Solid MS Office (Excel) skills; experience with SAP (PP/MM) and Business Intelligence is an advantage.
