Your work will help ensure customer satisfaction and create real value for the business. + Plan and secure on-time material deliveries from global suppliers to factories and distribution centers, following up on any delays. + Plan production for selected products, ensuring resources are used effectively. + Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance, including audits and lead-time or cost improvements. + Maintain and negotiate Supplier Logistics Agreements (SLAs) to ensure flexibility and capacity. + Drive forecasting and optimize processes in cooperation with Sales, Demand Planning, and S&OP teams while maintaining accurate logistics data. **What We're Looking For** + Education or experience within logistics, supply chain, or a similar field – newly graduated candidates are also welcome. + Skills in organizing, analyzing, and communicating, with a proactive and structured mindset. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. + Fluency in English (spoken and written) and respect for cultural differences. + Solid MS Office (Excel) skills; experience with SAP (PP/MM) and Business Intelligence is an advantage. **What You'll Get from Us** + We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. + You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
