The Specialist, Partnership Management (Growth Services Program Manager) is responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of client programs. Specialist, Partnership Management (Growth Services Program Manager) serves as the principal communication channel between the client and the Growth Services team and ensures client satisfaction with delivered services. Develops and maintains complete, up-to-date documentation, including project plans, scope of work, and business rules and ensures that the various departments involved fulfill their commitments and maintain adequate service level agreements relative to timelines, quality standards and budget.
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction with delivered servicesMaintains working relationship with internal teams, including Growth Services Operations, Finance, Software Development, Customer Services, and others.Customer SatisfactionFulfillment of Contract Obligations - Manage all aspects of contract fulfillment including successful contract implementation and continued compliance with contracted service standardsOptimization of internal resources – saying “no” to customersLaunching New Client Programs

BS or BA or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in project management, business development, account management or related areaAbility to travel up to 5%PMI certification is a plusDesired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong Customer Service focus including experience in balancing the needs of internal and external clientsOutstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsMust possess leadership, problem-solving, time-management, planning and project-management skillsExperience managing professional services contractsInfluencing others/relationship buildingCompensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $65,000 - $72,000.
