**What** **you’ll** **do:**
The goal of Plan Administration is to meet the needs of Retirement Plan Services by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. A Specialist on the Specialty Services Team will support the day-to-day administration of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, Death/QDRO Splits and Installments as well as RMDs. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
+ Reviewand manage specialized distribution request volumes in key function areas such as death splits, Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) Splits, Installments and RMDs
+ Assistinternalpartners, participants, alternatepayeesand client counsel to resolve issues and answer questions
+ Creation of participant level communications
+ Work through assigned casesin accordance withservice level standards
+ Participate in project work, as assigned

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Extreme attention to detail
+ Superior crtical & analytical thinking skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Retirement industry knowledge, ASPPA designation a plus
+ In-depth knowledge of regulations and plan design which governs processes such as "Estates, QDROs, Installments and Required Minimum Distributions"
+ College degree preferred
+ Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively and professionally with various departments
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with minimal errors
+ Creative thought process focusing on continuous process improvement
+ A passion forin-depthresearch and issue resolution
+ Ability to interpret client and participant needs
+ Exceptional written communication, organizational skills
**In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.**
