JOB SUMMARY

As the Digital Marketing Specialist for Denny’s, you will be a critical member of the Digital Marketing team, responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns and initiatives across web, mobile app, loyalty, and CRM platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical fluency, and a passion for creating seamless guest experiences across Denny’s digital ecosystem. You will own day-to-day execution, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure all digital surfaces maintain brand consistency, operational accuracy, and measurable performance impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Key Responsibilities)

Execute and optimize email, SMS, and mobile push campaigns tied to Denny’s loyalty and CRM programs.Maintain and update content, assets, and promotions across Denny’s website, mobile app, and third-party delivery platforms.Build and manage tracking links (UTMs), campaign tags, and analytics parameters to ensure accurate performance measurement and reporting.Analyze campaign engagement, app usage, website traffic, and digital sales performance; generate actionable insights and reports.Partner with agencies and internal teams to QA and launch loyalty program offers, digital promotions, and menu content updates.Manage digital menu item details (descriptions, images, categories) across ordering channels and support ongoing A/B testing and module optimization.Document and track restaurant participation in national and regional digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with operations and marketing.Uphold Denny’s brand voice, visual standards, and guest experience guidelines across all digital properties.Coordinate creative assets and collaborate with the design team to deliver imagery for web, mobile, third-party platforms, and agency partners.Provide project management support to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution of digital marketing initiatives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, loyalty programs, or CRM execution. Restaurant or retail industry experience is preferred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM strategies, and guest engagement tactics.Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, CMS tools, and CRM systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with analytics and project management platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SmartSheet, Asana) is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

 

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum:$63,000.00 - Maximum:$86,900.00
