Job responsibilities
We are looking for a Specialist Marketing Analytics role to support our marketing analytics endeavors in building and developing of KPI dashboards.
The Specialist Marketing Analytics role will look to:
· Analyze multi-channel campaign performance across key regions, identifying optimisation opportunities and presenting findings to both internal teams and clients
· Create custom dashboards and automated reporting systems for each client account, ensuring real-time visibility into KPIs and campaign performance
· Conduct competitive analysis and market research across various industries to inform strategic recommendations and pitch proposals
· Collaborate with Brand Marketing to test and measure the effectiveness of different creative formats, and audience targeting strategies
· Develop predictive models to forecast campaign performance and recommend budget allocation across channels
· Lead A/B testing initiatives across email, social media, PPC, and display advertising campaigns
· Standardize reporting processes across accounts while maintaining flexibility for custom client needs
· Optimize Google Tag Manager configurations across multiple digital properties, ensuring accurate data collection and tag governance.
· Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for growth & improvement
Key skills and experience
A successful candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in Marketing data analytics and a breadth of transferable skills. The candidate should be a quick learner and excited about developing their career in an international real estate company with:
· Proven experience (5 - 7 years) in Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads, Google Trends and Google Search, Power BI, Looker other advanced analytics, digital analytics, web analytics, and marketing data strategy.
· Extensive knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization platforms.
· Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques to derive insights from complex data sets
· Proficiency in excel and other data analytics tools
· Basic/advanced understanding on BI tools (such as PowerBI/Tableau)
· Able to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, teams and stakeholders.
· Experience working with international teams - business standard English (written and spoken) at a TOEFL level of Advanced (at minimum)
Being a multitasker
The candidate should be an efficient and productive resource that is able to manage multiple deliveries across timelines and well aware of overall understanding of related various functions – in addition to Digital – such a Comms/ PR, Events, Sponsorship etc. They will be expected to participate in team planning, scheduling and work delivery, including completion of timelines and cost estimates. Should be able to work on strict turnaround times, have a problem-solving approach, is sharp and aware of the new innovations/ services in the industry.
Stakeholder Management:
· Excellent communication skills a must and familiarity with MS Teams.
· Most important will be your outstanding talent in managing/ mitigating risks and an ability to handle escalations. The candidate should be able to solve problems directly by working with stakeholders and understanding their requests and work with internal teams to resolve and deliver
· Superb writing and speaking abilities are a must to succeed in this role. These skills will enable you to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, teams and stakeholders. Similarly, it will help you in documenting business processes and best practices. It would be best if you were keen to work against tight deadlines while ensuring regular reporting.
