The Integrated Marketing Specialist will support the development and implementation of marketing plans for the Clothing, Gift & Decor division. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, driving day-to-day execution of the Go-To-Market Strategy. The Specialist will coordinate with multiple channel leads including social, digital & broadcast media, email, loyalty, and website. This role will help track and communicate timelines to ensure campaigns and projects are completed on schedule. This role is also a contact for internal partners and external vendors, helping to facilitate feedback and manage workflow. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising and Marketing channel owners and maintaining Clothing, Gift & Decor Go-To-Market Planning Calendar.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Collaborate with Marketing channel owners to ensure the flawless execution of the Clothing, Gift & Decor Go-To-Market Planning Calendar. Coordinate and submit “marketing request forms” in project management software for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis. Compile and manage project timelines and task lists. Proofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracy. Support messaging and in-store/online execution of marketing strategy for the Clothing, Gift & Decor division. Partner with Clothing, Gift & Decor merchandising team, events team, and relevant external vendors to ensure Marketing is meeting the needs of the business. Help prepare and refine PowerPoint presentations for seasonal cross-functional go-to-market alignments. Work with website team to maintain content for landing pages. Work within dashboards to report on results of seasonal go-to-market campaigns. Partner with Insights team to help incorporate research into go-to-market planning. Provide industry competitive research and reporting. Proactively coordinate daily tasks and facilitate regular and clear communication with internal departments & external vendor partners. Help maintain team budget and process invoices. May perform other duties as assigned. Required QualificationsExperience: 3-4 years’ marketing or agency experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
