Specialist, Implementation

Overview

•\tLead processing implementation projects of a technical and non-technical nature during the planning, execution, implementation and post-implementation phases.
•\tDeliver standard implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.
•\tCan you effectively identify the consumers’ needs?
•\tAre you able to handle multiple projects?
•\tAre you self-driven and motivated to create efficiency in different projects?

Role

•\tProvides end-to-end project execution throughout processing implementation projects
•\tAssess and document customer needs and according implementation activities. Act promptly on issues during project execution, in order to determine possible solutions and responsibles.
•\tDrive customer processing implementation projects of electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology.
•\tIdentify appropriate processing implementation support documentation (contracts, agreements, forms etc…) to be provided by customers and guide them through applicable MasterCard processing rules, specification and documentation.
•\tHandle multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel.
•\tServe as the main point of contact with internal areas (Franchising, Legal, Product specialists, Finance) for projects with no Customer Delivery participation.

All About You

•\tBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences or Business
•\tPMP certification from PMI (or equivalent) desired
•\tStrong technical knowledge (networks, communication protocols, hardware/software platforms, testing environments)
•\tAbility to understand business requirements and match them with technical implementation aspects.
•\tAbility to interact well with customers
•\tGood project management skills
•\tAbility to work as a part of a cross functional team
•\tFluent English
