How you’ll make an impact:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers at Edwards Lifesciences Poland Sp. z o.o., handling day-to-day HR inquiries, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring a seamless employee experienceDesign, implement, and administer local HR policies and procedures in alignment with global and regional HR frameworks, while ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and local regulationsDeliver pre-boarding and onboarding programs to support effective integration of new hiresDesign and implement the local annual wellbeing program, driving employee engagement and supporting a positive workplace cultureManage HR administration activities, including employment documentation, internal and external reporting, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoice processingAdminister HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updatesCoordinate the Health & Safety agenda in cooperation with external providers and internal stakeholdersCollaborate closely with regional HR partners across payroll, benefits, workforce administration, talent acquisition, talent management, and learningMonitor labor market trends and stay informed about local market developments and employment practicesDrive continuous improvement, process optimization, and simplification of existing HR processesReport to an HR Manager based abroad and actively contribute to regional HR projects and initiativesOther incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor' s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMin. 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a with generalist role within international environmentNative-level Polish and fluent English proficiency

Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systemsSubstantial knowledge and understanding of local employment legislation and compliance implicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and consultative abilitiesStrong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical-thinking skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across the organizationAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn, develop and grow within the role

For Poland, the base pay range for this position is 120,000 - 170,000 zł (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
