WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Director of Go To Market Korea and partners closely with Sales, Nike Direct Stores, Nike Digital, Merchandising, Demand and Supply Management (DSM), Marketing, Finance, and Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) teams in Korea, as well as APLA teams. Together, they deliver a best-in-class sell-in experience across physical and digital touchpoints.

Success in this role requires influencing across teams, managing complex processes, and leveraging digital tools to elevate the sell-in experience.
Key qualifications:
Open to work in Seoul, Korea3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, planning, or salesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and KoreanWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll own the sell-in experience that brings Nike’s Sport Offense strategy to life. From managing samples to designing immersive showrooms, you’ll ensure every seasonal activation is seamless and impactful.
Core responsibilities:
Facilitate the sell-in process by managing samples, executing showroom setups, and optimizing digital toolsCoordinate seasonal meetings and activations, including Kick-Offs and Partner Alignment sessionsDesign and deliver showroom experiences using physical samples and digital contentMaximize digital tools to showcase seasonal priorities and innovations, including FW wall constructsMaintain and enhance showroom spaces to support sell-in moments for Sales and NSP partnersPersonalize digital content for products without physical samples during Seasonal Partner AlignmentLead local Look Book photoshoots and leverage assets for showroom and retail
