Job Title : Specialist, Government Relations Company : KBR Corporate Job Location : Dubai Job Responsibility and Requirement + Responsible for the coordination, activity planning and execution of all actions and procedures relating to the timely processing of visas, work permits, visa medical and EID registration. + Providing suitable solutions and responses to enquiries from employees & management with effective communication and knowledge. support the team for outside the office works as and when required. + Effective oral and written Communication skills in English and Arabic are required. + Capable to handle labor & Immigration systems like FZE Authorities (DWTC), GDRFA, MOHRE Tasheel, and other related government platforms like DED, Municipality, Chamber and Civil Defense. + Under general supervision, works within a specialized function to complete tasks in accordance with procedures. + Support general business operations by providing administrative support activities like Petty cash, expense claim, vendor payment and banking. + Effective oral and written Communication skills in English and Arabic are required. + Typing skill- English and Arabic with 5+ years' experience in same field.
