Lead the shift group and be responsible for delegating tasks to technicians.

Responsible for the number of personnel in the shift.

Review the daily patrol report form completed by technicians.

Report problems or incidents.

Execute escalation matrix for incident reporting.

Create daily activity report. Create PM in-house report.

Input PM report into the system.

Input Incident through the System, Incident tracker, and incident group WA.

Coordinate with vendors for PM escort activities and troubleshoot incidents.

Lead toolbox meetings during shift changes.

Provide data for HSE report, including photos of toolbox meetings, safe manhours work, documentation of unsafe actions, unsafe conditions, good catch, and near miss.

Provide weekly and monthly report.

Responsible for tools and measuring instruments owned by operations.
