Job Description

This posting is for future hiring needs. We are following a hybrid working arrangement, collaborate with your colleagues in the office 3 days a week while having the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

Role Overview

As a Specialist in Contingent Workforce programme, you play a critical role in the successful delivery of our Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, supporting day-to-day program operations and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing relationship with local hiring managers and managing their temporary recruitment requestsRecord and maintains information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirementsResponsibilities will include carrying out vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, briefing 3rd party suppliers, screening incoming CV’s, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, on boarding and contractor management activitiesManage local relations with client and agenciesCheck, upload and track invoices and approvals for paymentAssure customer satisfaction and resolves all local issues with customer and agenciesMonitor successful achievement of local service level agreementsProvide statistical analysis support and other duties as client’s needs dictateProvide periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager as required

QualificationsFluent in EnglishExperience working within an MSP environment (strongly preferred)Vendor Management Service/Managed Service provider experience desirableStaffing industry experience desired but not requiredHuman Resources experience desired but not requiredAbility to work with confidential issuesAbility to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, interpersonal, and in presentations in EnglishAble to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staffDemonstrated hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data to clientsDetail oriented, critical thinker, problem solverGood understanding of Financial data and invoicingStrong communication and customer service skills with ability to lead colleagues and the clientThe ideal candidate will be proven in programme expansion / cross selling within clients
