You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities **How you will contribute** You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns. **What you will bring** + Drive to deliver results + Experience in marketing (or trade marketing / category management) preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. + Knowledge of our brands and business with a clear understanding of our consumers. + Delivering results autonomously and capability to influence stakeholders. + Analytical skills and a creative mindset—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen + Capability in presenting a story in an inspiring and convincing manner. + Project management from design to completion with an ‘action oriented’ mindset. This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work with a multi category & central team. You will have full ownership of Philly Belgium, reporting into the SBM Meals BNL. In this position, you’ll develop and activate brand plans to help Philly stay relevant to consumers and further unlock growth. You’ll help the srBrand Manager in executing cross-country projects in areas of new product development, consumer activation and media planning. You will be exposed to P&L, demand planning & cost management. **Job specific requirements:** + Have obtained a Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Business) + Have at least 1 to 2 years fulltime working experience, preferably in a marketing or category development position within FMCG. + A strong passion to our brands and business. + A healthy curiosity and learning agility. + Experience in influencing stakeholders and interact effectively with others, with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view. + Very strong analytical skills, ability to see the big picture and the willingness to recommend based on insights. + The ability to present your story in an inspiring and convincing manner. + A strong affinity & knowledge of the digital landscape is a strong plus. + Are fluent in English (verbal and written) and either Dutch and/or French. **Note:** + The role concerns Philadelphia BELGIUM, so presence in Mechelen office is mandatory.
