What will you be doing?
Report review: Evaluate submitted expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy alignment Check for errors: Identify missing receipts, personal charges, or incorrect categorizations and notify the employee or approver System administration: Support the setup and maintenance of users in Concur, including cardholder profiles Account reconciliation: Assist in monthly reconciliation of T&E transactions and corporate card charges Participate in team training: Gain understanding of audit tools, T&E policy standards, and exception escalation procedures Support documentation: Handle data requests for internal audits or compliance reviews

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. 0–2 years of relevant business or administrative experience. Experience in retail, wholesale, or large company environments preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with good time management Proficient in Microsoft Office, including effective use of Excel, Word, and Outlook Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus
