Special Projects Operations Administrator
**General Summary** Works collaboratively with Vice Presidents and Administrators on emerging issues, strategic initiatives and program development. Provides coordination and support - including working with consultants and potential partners. **Essential Functions:** + Works with leadership to develop and support strategic programs and projects which advance the WellSpan Strategic Plan. + Builds relationships and communication channels throughout the organization and works to clarify and define processes. + Establishes information and frameworks to align current initiatives including a shared file system, historical context, and timeframe for activity. + Works on special projects as assigned. **Common Expectations:** + Develops, establishes and implements goals, objectives, and policies and procedures for department/service line/entity operation, and which guide and support the provision of the department/service line/entity's services. + Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise. + Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. **Required for All Jobs:** + Performs other related duties as identified. + WellSpan Health has adopted and implemented a compliance program to support WellSpan's values and standards for professionalism, integrity, and ethics. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Good conceptual skills. + Written and verbal communication skills. + Facilitation skills and business analysis. + Ability to use a variety of computer applications. + Strong presentation, problem-solving and organizational skills. + Knowledge of healthcare clinical issues and care delivery. + Ability to work with a wide variety of teams and team members. + Understands and role models System Mission, Vision, Values and "Systemness."
