This position allows you to put your investigative skills into action by reviewing allegations of violations regarding standards of conduct, laws, rules, and regulations. DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to various sites in order to conduct routine and complex investigations and inspections into allegations of violations of the laws, rules, and regulations, with primary a focus on investigations of violations of the Charitable Purposes Act. Work involves r eviewing initial complaints to determine the relevant issues, establishing an investigative plan, interviewing appropriate persons, gathering the needed evidence, and reducing the issues into a clear, concise written report. Y ou will have the opportunity to act as the lead investigator, assisting less experienced investigators in planning, organizing, and conducting investigations. Upon request from other investigators and/or the supervisor, you will also be responsible for providing general guidance and assistance. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
