Position Overview: 

The Special Education Teacher manages and implements caseloads for K-8 students in a specialized transition classroom model. Support the transition and application of skills between dedicated resource time and the general education environment. Collaborate with two assigned paraprofessionals and general education teachers to deliver cohesive, instruction and behavioral support based on the students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
