Special Education Teacher (SPED)
Health Advocates Network is seeking a **Special Education Teacher (SPED)** to work at a Facility in **Colorado Springs , CO.** This is a registry position with our company. **Pay Rate:** $58 / hour *W2 **Shift:** + Day 5x7.5-Hour (08:00 - 16:00) + Schedule and Hours: Full time 40 hours, M - F 8am - 4:00pm **Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities + Provide direct instruction in a variety of subjects, tailored to the unique needs of each student + Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the success of each student + Monitor student progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed + Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field + Valid teaching certificate in special education + Experience working with students with disabilities + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Must have up to date certification in the state of **CO** + Full-time at 37.5 hours/week + All subs need 4 references (client will reach out to them directly). Please provide 2 supervisory, 2 standard references. We just need their name, title, phone number, and email address. + License/Credential/Certifications required: Active CO Sped General Endorsement or must have ALREADAY APPLIED! + Must be comfortable being a case manager and writing IEPs + NO NEW GRADS!
