About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to providehigh-quality instructional services to students in kindergarten through grade12. Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, youwill play a key role in developing, implementing, and assessing individualizededucation programs (IEPs).
This position requires active collaboration with general education staffto provide targeted instruction, tutorial support, and specializedinterventions that promote student success.
Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver specialized instruction to K–12 students in accordance with IEP goals.
+ Participate in planning, implementation, and evaluation of student programs.
+ Provide consultation and support to general education teachers.
+ Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow school policies and procedures.
+ Participate in team meetings, trainings, and required professional development.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
+ Valid Georgia teaching certificate as required by state or district regulations.
+ Minimum of one year of classroom teaching experience preferred.
+ Preferred certifications:
+ Standard Elementary Teaching
+ Standard Secondary Teaching
+ Standard Special Teaching
+ Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) Endorsement
+ Meets all federal, state, and local employment requirements.
+ CPR, TB questionnaire/PPD/chest X-ray, and current health certificate may be required depending on regulations.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ Duration: 4 months
+ Hours per Week: 37.5
+ Shift: Standard school hours
+ Client Interview: Required
+ Travel: None
