About the Role We’re searching for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our elementary school team right away! Provide individualized instruction for students with learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral challenges, and Autism. + ?? Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and school leaders. + ?? Develop and implement IEPs aligned with Wisconsin DPI standards. + ? Apply evidence-based strategies to support academic and behavioral growth. + ?? Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff. ?? Required Credentials Must hold (or be eligible for) one of these Wisconsin DPI Special Education certifications: + Cross-Categorical (CC) – 801 + Learning Disabilities (LD) – 811 + Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (EBD) – 830 ?? Ideal Candidate + ? Team player with a proven track record of collaboration. + ? Experience supporting students with significant learning and behavioral needs, including Autism. + ? Strong knowledge of intervention programs and academic/behavioral strategies. + ? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
