Special Education Teacher (Contract) – High School Location: Coon Rapids, MN Contract Duration: Until the end of the current school year Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team at a high school in Coon Rapids, MN. This is a contract position through the end of the school year, offering an opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ academic success. Responsibilities + Provide individualized instruction and support to high school students with special needs. + Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with staff and families. + Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. + Maintain accurate records and communicate progress effectively. + Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Requirements + Must hold a valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 PELSB License. + Previous school experience preferred. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
