Position Overview: 

The Special Education Teacher provides educational services to a wide range of students with learning, cognitive, emotional, and physical disabilities across grades 6-12. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing specialized instructions, in both a self-contained and integrated settings. Collaborate with school personnel to assess student performance and track their progress to meet goals.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree (Required) Texas Special Education Certification for Grades 6-12 Content Area / Generalist Certification for Grades 6+ (Math / Science) Texas Teaching Certification with required endorsements or training for subject and level assigned Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card
