2025 – 26 SY Potential for permanent placement or extension to next school year ASAP start School Details: ~700 kids 7:30a – 3p 1 Self-Contained EC Teacher 5 kids (K-3); AU stemming behaviors 2 TAs in class 1 Resource/Inclusion Teacher – Middle School Middle School ages Case load = ~28 kids Push in (only a few kids) and mostly pull out (small groups) Duties: Complete lesson plans Complete progress reports Use assessments and data to inform instructional practices Utilize IEP information to adapt instruction to reach the needs of students Requirements: Must be licensed teacher in North Carolina or hold active out of state Special Education Teaching License Must be licensed by NCDPI in EC General Curriculum Minimum 1 year of teaching experience required Passionate teacher who puts the students first Strong desire to help kids
