These roles are essential in providing support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have the tools and assistance necessary to succeed in an inclusive educational environment. Responsibilities: + Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. + Support classroom teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs). + Provide one-on-one or small group support as directed. + Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive reinforcement strategies. + Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related experience preferred). + Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
