Special Education Teacher (SPED/LBS1) Rate: $55/hr Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM (Unpaid Breaks) Start Date: ASAP Location: Specific school building discussed during call Interview: Virtual Positions: + 2 Resource Teachers (K–5) + 1 Self-Contained Teacher (K–2 Cross-Categorical) + Para Support Provided Job Summary The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, provides high-quality services to students in kindergarten through 12th grade. This educator is responsible for planning and implementing individualized programs, providing specialized instruction, offering tutorial support, and collaborating closely with general education staff. A strong commitment to teamwork, student growth, and inclusive practices is essential.
