An excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a strong interest in Geriatric Medicine to join their well established Geriatrics / Palliative Care team. Ideal candidates should be interested in working in a team environment, seeing a broad spectrum of medical issues, taking a patient centered approach to medicine and establishing long term relationships with their patients & families.  Our providers see patients in a variety of settings including nursing homes, assisted living, hospice, clinic consults and home based patients throughout the Northern Black Hills of South Dakota.
